Is there any modification required in the ‘Judicial System’ of India in order to make it transparent and effective?

Nowadays, common man is losing his faith and trust over the Judicial system at a considerable rate. He seems to be very confused or doubtful in order to get justice from the Court. As far as my opinion is concerned, there should be some innovative and urgent medications should be done in the working of Judicial and Legislative body of the India.

There are huge no. backlog of pending legal cases. Around 3 crore cases have been pending across the country of which, Maharashtra alone has approximately 41 lakh cases pending in the lower courts and around 3.5 lakhs cases in Mumbai High Court. Some cases take unnecessarily long time to end and litigants have not been able to lead normal lives, unsure of verdict. Solutions must be found rapidly for those who are waiting for long time to get justice. In connection to that, I will say further that there are some outdated provisions in various sections in different types of Laws. Recently, the Chief-Justice of India ‘Mr K. Balkrishanan’ said that, it is important to have qualified Judges I the lower or regional courts. Judges should be keep in touch with modern technologies. There are some reasons behind the inefficiency of the regional courts that the Judges and Advocates do not get the required security and proper infrastructural environment to work and political interference. Many of the times happens that common man avoids the complicated procedure of the filing the case. So because of the fear of the red tape and uncertainty of the result in proper period, he doesn’t file the case. Government Legislature and Judiciary body have to work together in order to create the trust, faith towards the legal process.
Government recently inaugurated the ‘Maharashtra Judicial academy and training institute’ by the hands of the President of India ‘Mrs Pratibha Patil’ in Uttan. The main purpose is to train the Judges and Advocates and to keep them updated with modern technology. So we will hope this academy will help the Judges to solve the cases rapidly and fulfill the backlog.

Nice One.. I would suggest you to go through this issue in detail and find some ways to improve this situation, and then add it to your blog.
I feel there's something missing in the title.
